As a young lady moving to Georgia, Patty was very helpful and knowledgable about what areas of Atlanta would be ideal for me and where would be best for resale later on. She listened to my needs and concerns and understood what I was looking for, and did or did not want. She was very patient and always accommodating as I was in and out of town during the house-hunting process.

Moving back to the States after serving 6 years overseas with the US army we were a little nervous and had been warned about scams and very bad experiences in the State of Georgia.
